Housebook: a global new-build platform across 11 countries, and we are partners

We go into this much detail because the same person runs Housebook and runs our own companies, Aster of Asia and Kalinka Thailand. Here is what the platform actually does, straight from its own site.

What Housebook Is

Housebook is a catalogue of new-build projects in 11 countries. You can browse Thailand, the UAE, Azerbaijan, Cyprus, Northern Cyprus, Georgia, Indonesia, Panama, Turkey, Chile and Saudi Arabia, all in one place. Right now it lists 1215 projects from 541 developers.

We work on Phuket, and we see the same problem every month. A buyer wants to weigh Thailand against Dubai. He opens five different sites. Each one prices things its own way. Each one builds payment plans differently. Each one works out yield by its own method. Pulling that into one table by hand is nearly impossible.

What You Get as a Buyer

You search in plain words. Type what you want, and the platform finds matching projects for you.

Then comes the real value. You put price per square metre, payment plan and yield side by side, across every country at once. Every figure carries a date and a source. You see where the number came from and when it was last checked.

The platform runs legal checks on the deal. It watches payment safety as money moves. It shows you exactly which stage your deal has reached.

What You Get as an Agent or Broker

One account covers every market. You don't need a separate login for each developer in each country.

The platform fixes the client to you the moment you hand them over, and it stamps that moment with a timestamp. Nobody can edit the deal log after that. Everyone involved can see who passed the client, and when.

How the Partner Network Splits Revenue

Registration is free, and so is working through the network. Your account opens right away, with no wait.

The process is simple. You hand over a client. A local partner in that country closes the deal. The platform takes its share first. What remains gets split between you and the local partner, based on how ready the client was to buy.

  • Confirmed readiness: 50/50 between agent and local partner.
  • Medium readiness: 43.75% to the agent, 56.25% to the local partner.
  • First contact only: 37.5% to the agent, 62.5% to the local partner.

There's also a referral programme. Bring other agents onto the platform, and you earn a reward for each one.

Becoming a local partner takes more steps. You send an application and hear back within one to three working days. After that comes vetting, which can take up to ten working days.

Where to Go

You can look around the Housebook global platform right now, no account needed.

If you're an agent or broker, start with registration for the Housebook partner network.

Three numbers the platform never publishes: its own overall cut, the referral reward amount, and any turnover requirement. We leave them out because we don't know them, not because we're hiding anything. Terms can change, so check the current ones with the platform before you decide.
