Monterey Place

Monterey Place stands in Phrom Phong, Bangkok, a neighbourhood also known as Asoke. The building is on Sukhumvit 16, in the central business area, close to a park. Apartments here have views of the park and greenery, and some also look over the river and the city skyline. It is a quiet address in the middle of the city.

Getting around is straightforward. The building is near MRT Queen Sirikit, so the metro is within easy reach for trips across Bangkok. Monterey Place was built by Capital G and completed in 1995. It is a single condominium building with 25 floors, and the project has one building only.
