Official programme agent

Thailand Privilege: long stays in Thailand with application support

Membership at the operator's price, with no agency markup. We help you pick the package, assemble the file and get through the application, from the first question to the visa sticker in your passport.

The fee is paid on the operator's terms. It is a one-off membership fee, not an annual payment and not an instalment plan.

Who you are leaving your contact with

  • We are a real-estate agency that has worked in Thailand since 2014 and an official agent of the Thailand Privilege programme under a signed agreement.

  • The programme operator, Thailand Privilege Card Co., Ltd., is a state enterprise under the Tourism Authority of Thailand. The operator's state status does not mean your application is guaranteed to be approved.

  • Visa applications are handled by one dedicated manager rather than the general sales queue. The same person stays with you to the end of the process.

  • The programme is also known under its former name, Thailand Elite: same programme after a rebrand, not a different product.

Who the programme suits

Four cases in which the membership usually earns its price. And one in which you do not need it.

Living in your own home without annual renewals

You have bought, or are buying, a home and would rather not spend every year collecting paperwork, holding a deposit at the required level and visiting immigration. Membership trades that annual ritual for one entry and a long term.

A family move

When several people move, the decisive factor is predictability rather than the term: school, rent, bank, healthcare. What matters is that the process happens once and that someone nearby answers questions in your language.

Property income and a passive scenario

You do not work in Thailand and live on income from abroad or from renting out your own place. The programme sets no requirements on age or proof of income: entry is defined by the package and the operator's screening.

Frequent flyers

You land dozens of times a year. Beyond the visa, the service side starts to matter: airport assistance and transfers within the terms of the package give back a visible share of each trip.

Need the right to work in Thailand? Membership does not grant it. Start with the comparison of visa grounds on our long-stay page rather than with buying a membership. Visas

Memberships and prices

The operator's full fees. What separates the packages is the membership term and the number of privilege points credited each year and spent on programme services. The structure of privileges is the same across the visa packages; the volume grows.

How to read the cost

The full fee is what you pay. Everything else is arithmetic that helps you compare packages with one another.

Divide the fee by the membership term and you get a notional cost per year. It is not a tariff and not an instalment plan: the operator charges no annual payments and offers no instalments on this basis. The figure serves exactly one purpose, to show that longer packages are cheaper per year while shorter ones are cheaper at entry.

The second factor is points. They are credited every year of membership and spent on programme services: transfers, golf, spa, personal assistance. Points are not money, they have no exchange rate, and promising that they pay the membership back would be a lie. Treat them as a bonus on top of the decision, not as the reason for it.

Third, and often forgotten: the price applies to one membership. Spouses and children are not included automatically. We do family pricing separately and only under the operator's rules in force on the day you ask.

Fourth: bank charges, transfers, document legalisation and any additional services are counted separately from the fee where they arise in your case.

What is included and how points work

Privileges fall into three groups, and confusing them is expensive: one is included, the second is bought with points, the third is paid for separately.

Airport meet and assist

Personal assistance on arrival and departure. The service is not available at every airport in the country and depends on the package and the location. Its presence in Bangkok does not automatically mean it exists on any given island or in any given city.

Transfers

Limousine transfers to and from the airport, with the quota counted in points and depending on the length of the flight. Vehicle class and available partners differ by city, and waiting beyond the included time is charged separately.

Lifestyle: golf, spa, wellbeing

Redeemed with points from the operator's current catalogue. Each service has its own advance-booking window and its own limits on locations and partners.

Personal liaison

Help with everyday and administrative matters. The service is available to visa-package holders and is either charged separately or drawn from the quota, depending on the terms of service.

Help with 90-day reporting

Membership does not remove the duty to notify immigration every 90 days of continuous stay. The operator helps with filing, but only in the cities where it has a presence and on its own terms.

Banking and documents

The programme offers assistance with opening an account at partner banks and with obtaining certain certificates. That is assistance, not a guarantee: the decision belongs to the bank or the authority, not to the operator and certainly not to us.

The number of points for a given service, booking windows and the list of cities come from the operator's current catalogue and are checked on the day you ask. We do not publish them as numbers on this page because the catalogue changes more often than the page does.

How the application works

Seven steps from the first conversation to the visa sticker. Issuing the membership and actually obtaining the visa are two separate events with time between them.

  1. 1. Going through your case

A short conversation: why you need a long term, who is coming, what your horizon is. We then name a suitable package or say plainly that another ground serves you better.

  2. 2. Documents

A colour copy of a valid passport, a photograph in the required format and a completed application form. We check the file before submission so that nothing comes back on a formality.

  3. 3. Submission and screening

We submit the application to the operator and follow it. At this stage the operator runs its own screening of the applicant.

  4. 4. The operator's decision

The decision belongs to the programme operator, not to the agent. The time it takes depends on the case and on any additional checks. There is no guaranteed date.

  5. 5. Paying the fee

The fee is paid after approval, on the operator's terms and to the operator's account. Bank transfer and cards are available; bank charges are counted separately.

  6. 6. Membership activation

After payment the operator issues the membership. That is not yet a visa in your passport, it is the ground for one.

  7. 7. Obtaining the visa

The visa sticker is affixed at designated places: on international arrival at certain airports, at immigration, or at a Thai mission abroad. You must be there in person; nobody can do it on your behalf.

Application fee and timelines: to be confirmed

We give the application fee, the screening time and the activation time after payment as words rather than numbers: as of the registry verification date we hold no written confirmation of those values from the operator. Publishing a guess as a fact means making a promise we may not be able to keep. Your manager will confirm the exact figures applicable on the day you apply, before any payment, together with the refund rules for each payment separately.

Why through us rather than direct

A fair question with a short answer.

Our membership price is the operator's price. There is no agency markup: our fee is paid by the programme operator, not by you.

  • Package selection built around your real case rather than around the most expensive line in the price list.
  • A check of the document file before submission: a formal error in the form costs weeks of waiting.
  • Submission and case management, including correspondence with the operator at every stage.
  • Coordination of the visa itself: where and when to have the sticker affixed, what to bring and what not to do.
  • One responsible manager for the whole application, communicating in your language.
  • If it turns out along the way that the programme does not suit you, we say so before the payment rather than after it.

We promise neither faster screening nor priority with immigration: agent status does not provide that and cannot.

Common questions

Am I buying a visa or a membership?

A membership in the programme, with visa entitlements attached. The membership decision belongs to the operator; the visa and entry decisions belong to Thai immigration. The agency makes neither and cannot influence either.

Can I live the whole term continuously with no formalities?

No. The membership term is not the permitted period of stay. The entry stamp, in-country extensions and mandatory 90-day reporting during continuous stay all apply. Membership makes that cycle predictable; it does not remove it.

Can I work, including remotely for a company abroad?

Membership does not grant the right to work. Working in Thailand requires a separate ground and a permit. If your case is a working one, say so at the start: we will point you to the comparison of visa grounds rather than sell you a membership.

Do I have to buy property?

No. Membership and buying a home are two independent decisions and two independent costs. We do not tie one to the other and we do not bundle membership into a deal.

Do my spouse and children need separate memberships?

The price shown on a package applies to one membership. Family members are not included automatically. We price the family separately and only under the operator's current rules.

How does Bronze differ from Gold, and what are points?

By fee, membership term and the number of privilege points per year. The entry visa package carries no annual points, which does not mean it carries no privileges: the base services are available across the visa packages. Points are spent on programme services and have no monetary equivalent.

What does your support cost and when do I pay?

We charge nothing separately for support: the membership price matches the operator's price and our fee is paid by the operator. The payment order, applicable fees and third-party costs are disclosed by the manager before submission.

How long does screening take?

It depends on the case and on any additional checks. We do not give a guaranteed date and we would advise against anyone who does. Your manager will confirm the guideline applicable on the day you apply.

What happens on refusal, or if I change my mind?

The rules differ per payment: one set for the application fee, another for the membership fee, a third for third-party costs. We disclose the version in force before the first payment. There is no universal "everything is refunded" or "nothing is refunded" answer here.

Will a bank open an account for me, and does 90-day reporting go away?

The bank decides under its own rules: the programme offers assistance, not guaranteed approval. The 90-day reporting duty remains, and help with filing depends on the city and the terms of service.

Already have a visa?

The programme also has non-visa memberships: privileges and points for a year, without any visa. If your visa question is already settled and only the service side interests you, write to us and the manager will go through the terms. They are deliberately absent from the visa comparison above: it is a different product.

Get a membership recommendation and a clear next-step plan

Leave your name and a contact you use. We will go through your case, name a suitable package and set out the order of steps. There is no obligation to buy.

We reply during working hours, Bangkok time. If your case calls for a different visa ground, we will say so plainly.
